Metal Roofs Restoration Coatings

Our Metal Roof Renewal Coatings first negate all of the usual leak points such as the seams, fasteners and penetrations. A liquid applied cool roof coating is then applied to completely encapsulate the entire roof. Our metal roof coatings can cool the top of a metal roof by almost 100 degrees providing noticeable energy savings. No work stoppage is required during these applications.

Built Up Roofs

Seam & Fastener Seal

For the customer who is not ready for the full coating system, the Seam & Fastener Seal Application will seal all of the usual leak points. We apply a premium synthetic flashing grade sealant that contains anti-oxidants & light-stabilizers for extended life, and reinforcing fibers that add strength & durability. This system provides a cheaper option by simply sealing every potential leak point.

Modify Bitumen Systems

A Modify Bitumen Granulated Cap Sheet is a petroleum based product that slowly deteriorates due to the affects of weather and the heat of the sun. A silicone based roof renewal coating will seal all seams and completely encapsulate these systems. The thick reflective coatings improves the substrate to better than new.

TPO Single Ply Membranes

A TPO Single Ply Membrane will deteriorate over time and separate at the seams. We first clean the membrane and seal every seam. A silicone based roof renewal coating will then protect the membrane from the affects of weather and the heat of the sun and double its life span.

EPDM Membranes

EPDM Rubber Roof Membranes will deteriorate from the affects of weather. The dark membrane holds the heat from the sun to shorten its life span. The seams will separate and the membrane will even tear from this membranes excessive expansion and contraction. The life span of these membranes can be extended with a liquid applied silicone based reflective roof coating.

Elastomeric Wall Coatings

We waterproof exterior masonry, stucco and block substrates with an elastomeric coating formulated with the highest quality resins and raw materials available to form a tough yet flexible mildew resistant coating. This coating prevents moisture penetration while allowing the passage of moisture vapor out of the wall.
